Grey Poupon is a classic heritage mustard brand renowned for its French expertise and premium ingredients. Operating at the intersection of everyday dining and elevated culinary experiences, this initiative was designed to reintroduce the brand to a new generation, repositioning it as an accessible yet highly refined staple for the modern epicurean.
Modern luxury isn’t about overt displays of wealth; it’s about the micro-flex of the finer things. Being ruthlessly selective about the everyday items you consume is the ultimate reflection of superior personal taste.
We unapologetically leaned into the fact that Grey Poupon is crafted with real white wine, giving millennials the green light to embrace their inner food snob and demand higher quality mustard.

To elevate the brand, we stopped treating Grey Poupon like a condiment and started packaging it like a priceless artifact straight out of the Louvre. True luxury lies in the micro-details. For our out-of-home posters, we hijacked traditional, ultra-expensive fine art—like the Mona Lisa and Van Gogh’s Self-Portrait—with one minor, cheeky tweak: they were clutching a bottle of Grey Poupon. It was a visual micro-flex that immediately communicated impeccable, historic taste.

We took the concept of "everyday luxury" off the screen and into the real world by partnering with The Shed NYC. We curated an immersive gallery exhibit that displayed the raw ingredients, tools, and artisanal process behind a single bottle of Grey Poupon. By framing mustard production as high art, we proved that modern luxury is no longer about status, money, or pretentiousness—it’s about unparalleled quality, the beauty of the process, and elevating the everyday.
