Grey Poupon

Be Picky With Your Moutarde

The Symptom

Refresh Grey Poupon’s brand identity to make affluent millennials crave its classic French expertise and quality.

The Insight

Modern definition of luxury focuses on the finer things in life and being selective with things you use often reflects a person's taste.

The Therapy

Grey Poupon shows millennials the upside of being picky and address the fact that Grey Poupon is made of real white wine and represents higher quality mustard.

The Luxury Experience

A TV spot to showcase how Grey Poupon is being carefully treated at grocery stores: a consumer purchases a bottle of Grey Poupon and asks the cashier for a bag. The cashier bags everything else in the plastic bag while carefully wraps the Grey Poupon bottle in tissue paper, seals with Grey Poupon sticker, bags in one nicely designed paper bag after another just like how they would treat a Prada product.
