The Symptom

Despite curating bespoke travel for celebrities and corporate elites, First in Service’s branding was stuck in coach. With a 90s "yellow pages" website and global offices using wildly inconsistent shades of yellow, the agency’s visual identity was actively undermining its ambition to evolve into a broader, aspirational lifestyle brand.

The Insight

You can’t sell a five-star, white-glove lifestyle when your digital storefront looks like a budget motel booking engine.

The Therapy

We overhauled the entire aesthetic, stripping away the dated vibes to implement a cohesive, elegant design system. Alongside an external digital partner, we launched a sophisticated new website and introduced First Magazine—a curated editorial platform—to reposition the agency from a transactional booking service into a luxury lifestyle authority.

The Brand Bible

‍We standardized the visual language across the board, locking down the exact brand colors and establishing a comprehensive design system so no office ever goes rogue with a highlighter-yellow logo again.

Editorial Expansion

Curating First Magazine wasn't just about pretty pictures; it was a strategic pivot to highlight off-the-beaten-path destinations, giving the brand a distinct, aspirational voice that appeals well beyond their traditional corporate base.

From the Yellow Pages to The White Lotus

By aligning the visual identity with the actual caliber of their service, we turned a legacy agency into a modern luxury contender, driving massive upticks in both traffic and high-value organic inquiries.
